Busman’s Holiday – Baby Blue

Hoosier Alert! Busman’s Holiday is an indie folk duo from Bloomington, Indiana.

If you’re unfamiliar with the collegiate rivalries of Indiana, Bloomington is the town where Indiana-based college kids live if they’re not allowed to live in West Lafayette (…or South Bend, maybe).

It’s also worth noting that this guy is not a Boilermaker.

The band is comprised of brothers Lewis and Addison Rogers. One of the brothers looks a little bit like a lumberjack; the other occasionally dresses like Tinkerbell. And they make upbeat, jangly folk music that’s good for the springtime.

Here is one of the pictures of them available online:

Appearances aside, Tink and Paul Bunyon up there make some great music, and you should check them out. They’re currently on tour with Kishi Bashi. You can (and really should) purchase their album, A Long Goodbye, right here.

RIYL: auxiliary percussion, folk, Beta Radio, good music, Fleet Foxes, dude-harmonies
