Pigpen Theatre Co. is an indie-folk band and theatre company that began at Carnegie Mellon in 2007.

That’s not a typo. They’re an actual theatre company, as well as a band.

Their outstanding debut album, Bremen, was released in 2012. It’s full of acoustic finger-picking, multiple-part harmonies, and thoughtful lyrics on topics ranging from love & loss to water fowl & France.

So far, their second album is just being referred to as “The Sophomore Album”. It’s due this spring. Check out their Kickstarter page for all kinds of great information and opportunities to support the band.
